    Indy is a Registered Trademark around the world in various sections.
    covering a range of products.

    It is owned by Jim from Australia.

    It is Australian owned and run company.
     

Warranty - Indy Products

  • Do the products have warranty?

    Yes, if you have any warranty issues, return them to the place of purchase and they will contact indy industries to sort out the matter.

  • How much wrty do I get?

    There is 12 months wrty on products, unless stated other wise, from date of purchase from Indy Wake Pty Ltd. 

  • Can I claim wrty?

    Yes contact the place where you purchased the product.
    Please make sure you have registered your purchase on the Indy Industries website
    product registration.

  • How do I claim wrty issues?

    Take the product to where you purchased the product.
    or contact them.

    If you have any trouble with the place of purchase, please contact Indy Industries.
    you must have the original invoice or record of purchase.

     

Shipping & packing

  • When do you ship my purchase?

    We ship everyday via TNT, or express Post.

  • Can I track my goods once they are sent?

    Yes, you will be allocated a tracking number which you can track via tnt website.
    www.tnt.com.au or contact australia post or us to track it for you.

Wake Board Towers

  • Will this tower fit my boat?

    All our wakeboard towers, are universal to fit most boats on the market.
    At the time of order, please tell us the type of boat and width where the mounts would go if you are not sure.

  • Do the towers fold down for storage?

    Yes all our wakeboard towers fold down, flat with your boat.
    for storage.  They are easy to fold down, if installed correct.

    Each tower fold down a little different.

  • How low is the tower when folded down?

    All the tower lay down flat with the boat. 
    The towers with side bars, this will be the highest point of the tower, when they are folded.

  • Can I install the wake board tower myself?

    Yes, most of our customers install the towers themselves.
    We do recommend that you have a profession install the tower for peace of mind.
    When installing please follow the instructions and place extra backing .

  • Do you get instructions to install the tower?

    Yes we supply you instructions.
    You can also ring, 0414 678 978 if you have any issues or problems whilst installing.
    this is availalbe 24/7 if unanswered leave a message.

  • Is there technical support or help with installing the Wake tower?

    Yes, you can contact Jim on 0414 678 978 after hours, if you are having any issues with the installation of your tower.  or 02 9624 4333 during hours.

    If you can not contact us, you can try your local marine shop for help in the installation of your tower.

  • What is the wake tower made out of?

    High quality products, we use 6061 Aluminium for our aluminium products.
    They are smooth polished and clear anodise for the harsh conditions of Australia.
    The bolts, are stainless steel.

    If however you purchase a Indy Product and are not happy when you recieve it, do not damage it, pack it up and return it for a refund.

    Another way to see the quality and workmanship is to view the products at Seven Hills or if you see one of our many customers, stop and talk to them.

  • Can the tower be removed if I sell myboat and put onto another boat?

    Yes, as they are universal, you can remove from your old boat and put onto another boat.

  • Can I purchase spare parts?

    Yes, you can get replacement parts for you Indy product you have purchased
    You must be able to prove that you have an original Indy product and not a copy.
    You will have to register your product online with Indy Industries.
     

Tower mounts

  • Can I buy just the mounting for the towers?

    Sorry No, the mounting points are designed for Indy only. 
     

  • Do we get backing plates with the tower mounts?

    Yes you are given backing plates for the inside of you deck which are the same size as the mounts.

Board Racks

  • Can I add the swing adaptor to my board racks later?

    yes you can upgrade at anytime, you do not need to purchase all together.

  • Can the Wakeboard racks hold Water skis?

    The Wakeboard racks can not hold Water skis.  You will need to have Water ski racks
    the bindings hit the fingers on the racks.

  • What does the combo rack hold?

    The rack can hold 1 x kneeboard , 1 x wakeboard

  • Can the board racks for on any wake tower on the market?

    when you purchase please inform us of the size of tubing your tower is.
    We have rubber inserts to adjust to various sizes.
    1 3/4inch, 17/8inch, 2inch, 2 3/8inch, 2 1/4inch and 2.5inch tube sizes.

  • Do you get the bungee cord with the rack?

    Yes you are supplied a 6mm bungee cord with each rack purchased.

  • How many Wakeboards can the rack hold?

    You wakeboard rack can hold 2 wakeboards

  • What size is the combo rack for the kneeboard?

    The gap in the fingers is 13.5cm from rubber to rubber for the thickness for the kneeboard
